“Early will I seek you. . .”

Are you a morning person?   I know I am.  I love to rise before the sun, to see the light come into my world.  Sometimes I’m up before the birds begin to sing and love it when they wake up and quietly welcome the morning .

Isaiah 26:9, “Oh God, you are my God, Early will I seek you, my soul thirst for you. My flesh longs for you in a dry and thirsty land.”

Last week I traveled through Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado and along the way we prayed for rain.  We saw dry and thirsty land, but then the rains came!  The Lord wants to bless His people, but he’s waiting for us to ask.

Psalm 5:1, “Morning by morning O, Lord, you hear my voice.  Morning by morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.”

Do we expect the Lord to answer our prayers?  Are we releasing our faith?

I encourage you today, to pray.  According to His word, He wants to tip the bowls of the prayers of His saints.

Have a blessed day!

In your June 20 email you advised we have a copy of Bill Bright’s letter at our voter registration table. How can I obtain a copy of it?
